Objectives

  • Support winning new business opportunities via structured procurement processes.
  • Having a full understanding of standard end-to-end procurement processes – from registering initial interest, coordinating internal writing content, and providing supporting documentation and evidence as part of our submission.
  • This role extends to a range of related commercial activities such as sector, trend and competitor analysis, and supporting the development of strategies to win business for a variety of goods and services. You will work closely with operational and technical staff as well as external organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Setting the standards and crafting accurate, high-quality, professional, impactful and successful bid responses
  • Contribute to the development of written proposals and presentation
  • Draft responses, write content, summarise, shorten, enhance and collate submission evidence
  • Building upon existing and develop new content for bid submissions
  • Structuring and writing proposal content 
  • Develop case studies in the standard format
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), on developing bid responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements
  • Liaison with internal colleagues for material
  • Ensure consistency of style and quality across responses
  • Source relevant tender opportunities, monitoring relevant portals
  • Maintaining the company profile on relevant portals
  • Making tender submissions within deadlines, assisting in the quality of and timely completion of proposal submissions
