Objectives

  • Excellent Customer Service Delivery
  • Assist subcontractors to improve their performance and increase their Skill Levels
  • Assist subcontractors to be fully skilled in their roles
  • Assist subcontractors to improve Quality in all tasks
  • Assist subcontractors to improve Quality in all tasks
  • Assist subcontractors in being HUG & ECO compliant
  • Lead by example by dealing with pre-install & post-install tasks
  • Assisting in the on-boarding process and updating of accreditations and insurances

Required Skills & Experience

  • Significant management / team leader experience gained within an office environment
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and compliance
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to scrutinise document accuracy
  • Good mathematical skills with ability to work confidently with financial numbers
  • Ability to deliver under pressure
  • Ability to manage time effectively and to manage multiple routine detail matters while attending to strategic / complex matters
  • Ability to develop and sustain positive and co-operative working relationships with a broad variety of internal and external clients
  • Confidence and ability to liaise and present to senior management
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel experience & Skills
